At least three times a day, Norman Day feeds Edna a nutrition shake to which he adds prunes or other fruit. She refuses all solid food, with one exception. Each morning, after Edna finishes her shake, he gives her a square of Hershey's chocolate. "It's the only thing she will eat," he says. "She always did like that chocolate candy."
